Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Socio Linki (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to every individual, team member, or agency that accesses Socio Linki, whether under a free or paid plan.

2. What the Service is

Socio Linki is a unified social media management workspace. Specifically, we provide:

• Multi-platform publishing to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, including per-platform captions, Story / Reel / Feed formats, and scheduled publishing.
• Channel management — up to 20 connected accounts per platform (up to 100 total per workspace).
• Smart Inbox that aggregates comments and direct messages from connected platforms and applies automated sentiment tagging.
• Content Creation studio — ideas, drafts, templates, tags, an AI-assisted chat, and a Kanban board.
• Analytics — per-post metrics, audience demographics, best-time heatmaps, UTM tracking, and exportable reports.
• Client preview links — password-protected public URLs that expire in 24 hours, used to gather approve/reject decisions from clients.
• Autopilot rules (auto-reply, evergreen recycling, scheduled retries), branding/white-label options, and monetization tracking.

We are a middle layer between you and the platforms you connect. We do not own, endorse, or moderate the content you publish.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Socio Linki. Users under 18 require parental or legal guardian consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your Socio Linki login credentials secure, and for any activity performed under your account.
• One natural person or one legal entity per account unless you have purchased team seats.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or put connected platform integrations at risk.

4. Connected platforms & third-party terms

Socio Linki connects to external social networks exclusively through their official OAuth 2.0 APIs. When you connect a channel, you grant Socio Linki permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve at connect time. Your use of each connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms:

You can revoke Socio Linki's access to any platform at any time:

• From the Channels page in your Socio Linki dashboard (disconnects the channel and invalidates stored tokens).
• From the connected platform directly — e.g. Google: Google third-party access, Meta: Meta apps & sessions, LinkedIn: LinkedIn permitted services, X: X connected apps.

5. Your content and responsibilities

• Ownership. You retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the content you create, upload, or publish through Socio Linki. We claim no rights in your content.
• License to operate. You grant Socio Linki a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service — for example, to schedule a post to YouTube, display it in your calendar, or render it inside a preview link.
• Platform compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring every post you publish complies with the terms, community guidelines, and applicable laws of each target platform.
• Prohibited content. You may not use Socio Linki to publish content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit (where prohibited), infringing, deceptive, or used for spam, inauthentic behavior, or coordinated manipulation.
• Inbox and messaging data. You must respect the privacy of individuals who comment on or message your connected accounts. You must not export messaging data for purposes unrelated to managing your own channels.

6. AI features

Socio Linki integrates AI models (including OpenAI's GPT family) to power the AI Assistant, draft refinement, idea expansion, template generation, caption repurposing, and inbox sentiment tagging.

• AI output is provided as-is. It may be inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving AI-generated content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee specific engagement, reach, monetization, or growth outcomes from AI-generated content.
• Input you send to the AI Assistant is transmitted to the underlying model provider to generate a response, subject to their data processing terms.
• You must not use AI features to generate content that violates these Terms or the target platform's policies.

7. Client preview links

Socio Linki lets you generate a unique public URL for any post to share with clients for approval. Each link:

• Is protected by a password you set at creation time.
• Auto-expires 24 hours after creation.
• Locks on the first approve/reject decision submitted by the viewer.

You are responsible for the security of the password and the list of people you share it with. Anyone in possession of the URL and password can view the post content and submit a decision. Socio Linki is not liable for loss, leakage, or misuse of preview links once shared by you.

8. Autopilot and automated actions

Autopilot features (scheduled publishing, evergreen recycling, auto-replies, inbox sync) take actions on your behalf on a schedule. You are responsible for configuring these rules correctly and for the consequences of their output. Platforms may rate-limit, flag, or penalize accounts for automated behavior that violates their policies; Socio Linki is not responsible for such platform-side actions.

9. Service availability, changes, and termination

• We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Platform APIs can change, fail, or rate-limit us; we pass these limitations on transparently.
• We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Where changes are material and affect paid plans, we will provide reasonable notice.
• You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or to protect the Service or its users.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socio Linki disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Socio Linki is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost audience, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g. in-app notice or email). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
